SHIPPING POLICY
Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how Navero Art handles order processing, production, shipping, delivery, and related matters. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Production & Processing Time
Since our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), please allow time for production before your order is shipped.
- Production Time: 1-3 business days (printing, quality check, and packing).
- Processing: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer (up to 5 business days).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has finished production and has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: Locations within the United States
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@navero.art before placing an order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time. Once shipped, the estimated transit times are:

Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination.
- Shipping method selected.
- Order weight and size.
- Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly applied at checkout.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Navero.art.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our fulfillment center, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
- Navero.art is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost/Stolen: Navero.art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.
- Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the damage. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
9. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable) or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
10. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions.
- Customs inspections.
- Weather conditions or natural disasters.
- Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
Navero.art reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
